Your team just opened up our iBEAM
2.0 account and I have spent some time in there the past
two-days.
This e-mail system is hands down one
of the best I have ever seen or used & you know I have been using bulk
e-mail programs since the 'dark ages' back in the early 90's.
The new iBEAM 2.0 does more than a
system we paid $50,000.00 for in 2000 that required a specially trained IT
person to operate plus a graphic artist who could 'hard code' html, then run it
by a proof reader before sending it to the UNIX geek to supervise sending
through a special server.
For the first time we now have the
ability to have a 'custom' e-mail list for each individual auction that my
non-technical "blonde" wife can actually use. (freeing up my time for other
things and saving the expense of hiring a techno
geek)
Importing our e-mail lists that we
have previously had to manually manipulate (with the other program we USED to
use) was a snap last night.
A lot of the real estate auction
sellers we are dealing with these days are very technically savvy and when I
tell them that our e-mail lists & software is CANN SPAM compliant, it kicks
up our level of credibility a couple of notches (even if they don't know exactly
what that means we tell them in plain English we have a zero tolerance for SPAM
e-mails) knowing we will send mass e-mails advertising their auction event
without spamming.
Did your team come up with all those
custom templates?
If so you must be awfully busy
because creating the e-mail blast was something we usually had your team do (for
a fee) that we can now pretty much do in house, yet look just as professional as
the ones we have been paying to have professionally created by the Auction
Services team.
I could go on and on about how
this single tool can generate reports, track, increase potential buyers, etc but
we have to get ready for an auction.
